* Ghee (घी) – 1/2 cup/100 grams
* Water (पानी) – less than 1/2 cup
* Oil/Ghee (तेल/घी) – for frying
* Dry fruits (सूखे मेवे) – some

For Sugar Syrup:
* Water (पानी) – 1 cup
* Sugar (चीनी) – 2 cup/400 grams
* Cardamom powder (इलायची) – 2-3
* Food colour (फ़ूड कलर)
* Saffron (केसर)
